My work life is very important to me as I have a great relationship with my family and enjoy spending time with them even though I don't always get the opportunity to. I am highly motivated in my career too but believe in a balance in life. I am just looking for someone that is honest. Most people hide things and are not totally honest with the other person. I think honesty is important in any relationship even if its on a friendship level only.
